Science Mela was a huge success! Women Engineers Pakistan team believes that seeing is believing. We wanted to inspire the younger generation towards science and engineering, and to dispel their fear of math and physics. Which is why we brought 10 projects along with us! The detail of projects is as follows:
The team also added display of Sketch-up show on laptop, and put up Architectural 3D model sheets with the rest of the models. Our Women in STEM stall was also able to pique the interest of our male colleagues, most of whom were thrilled to know us, and encouraged Women Engineers Pakistan's efforts. Our stall closed at 4:30 PM on day 2. But we celebrated by distributing candies and sweet prizes to a lot of kids who came to the Women Engineers Pakistan stall. Day 2 was made possible by WEP team from UET Lahore, with Campus Ambassador Sidra Tul Muntaha, and her team: Namra Latif, Maryam Yaqoob, Rehana Naz, and Akbar Naveed.
