These services provide evidence-based data and information and high-quality analysis that USAID program managers use to target resources and inform project design and implementation to improve project results and achieve objectives. **This position is open to all qualified candidates, expatriate and/or national citizens of Pakistan ** Position Summary: MSI is seeking a Team Leader, Civil Engineer, with relevant design and construction experience in vertical structures/buildings, roads, and water and sanitation projects, to lead the assessment of on-going and completed infrastructure projects in the selected areas of Pakistan – Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA, and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The main objective of the assessment is to verify and validate the various components of the infrastructure program. The Team Leader will be responsible of leading a team of field monitors/civil engineers who will conduct monitoring site visits in the mentioned areas of Pakistan. The Team Leader will be ultimately responsible for desk review of documents including drawing sheets, designs, Bill of Quantitys (BoQs), technical specifications and construction quality standards.
