Is this you? 

Graduates of the year 2017 or 2018 with the following degrees: 
Computer Science / Software/Computer Engineering / IT or Information Systems / Networks Engineering 
IT& Engineering degrees with a focus on Telecommunications

Good personal interaction skills and good communication capabilities. 
Proactive mind set – always include a broader scope in mind when handling requests 
Ability to adapt to change. 
Creativity - ability to see and make things in a new or different way, capability of developing inspiration, innovation, or insight 
Drive - determination, focus, take the ups and downs, stick with things long enough to see them through 
Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams. 
Responsiveness - ability to understand, quickly adapt and act upon new information, influences and information 
Ability and willingness to learn

Fair knowledge of the Mobile Financial Services 
Curious, creative, innovative, and positive mindset 
Interpersonal and communication skills 
Ability to analyze, trouble-shoot and resolve problems

Knowledge and Skills in Related Areas 
Good understanding of Mobile and Wireless Networks. 
Knowledge of any high and low-level programming languages 
Good communication and interpersonal skills 
Basic Network level competence. 
Ability to learn Ericsson Portfolio. 
Understand Service Delivery Process. 
Understand Change Management. 
Presentation skills (oral and written). 
Proficiency in Microsoft office 
Software Support

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities you will be involved in 
* 
Working in an innovative environment with the latest technologies and with Ericsson key customers 
* Learning about Ericsson organization and terminology, product and application system structures, customer request handling, CSR, TR and Software Supply processes, basic design concepts, experiences from testing, knowledge of tools used in support and supply processes 
* Developing and maintaining relationships 
* Learning about departmental working procedures.
